Shipping, Handling and Delievery Information:

We send all national and international orders through SEUR, our courier service partner. A signature will be needed upon receipt. If no one is present when the order is delievered, a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delievery.

All new orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4pm (GMT) (except Spanish public holidays). The orders will be dispatched every Monday and Thursday once the payment is received.

Delieveries to Spain and Europe:

All delieveries to Spain and Europe will be made DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the total price (they appear in the receipt as taxes). You will not need to pay extra charges at the time of delievery. In the event of a return, import taxes and handling costs will not be refunded by esennia.com.

Delieveries to the rest of the world:

For delieveries made to the rest of the world, all import taxes and customs will be payed once the package arrives to the destination country. These costs will be payed by the receipient of the parcel. Esennia.com has no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict the costs of them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For any information regarding these costs, you should contact your local customs office. In the event of a return or if the order is not accepted, these costs will not be refunded by esennia.com.

Tracking your order:

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email stating the SEUR tracking number. You may check the status of your order 24 hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
